Safety Manager

The Safety Manager leads all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs for the facility, driving a culture of safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, CT DEEP, DOT, and other regulatory requirements while partnering with operations and plant leadership to reduce risk and support operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing safety and environmental programs, conducting audits and investigations, delivering training, monitoring performance metrics, overseeing regulatory reporting, leading emergency preparedness efforts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
