Dlp/Warranty Engineer

Manage and supervise waterproofing DLP and warranty works across assigned projects.
Attend to water leakage complaints, waterproofing defects and site observations during the DLP/warranty period.
Carry out site inspections and investigations to identify the source and cause of water leakage.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, clients and site teams for inspection, troubleshooting and rectification works.
Plan and supervise injection waterproofing works, including PU / acrylic gel injection and related remedial treatments.
Ensure proper preparation, execution and completion of injection works as per approved method statements, specifications and manufacturer recommendations.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for DLP and injection activities.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, inspection requests, work completion records, photographs and other project documentation.
Coordinate access, work permits and work fronts with the main contractor and other trades to ensure timely completion.
Conduct follow-up inspections after rectification to verify that leakage/defects have been effectively resolved.
Coordinate testing and water-tightness checks wherever required and maintain proper records.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, project specifications and company procedures wherever applicable.
Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure proper closure of snags, NCRs and consultant/client observations.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, including safe working practices during injection, confined-space and other remedial activities.
Coordinate with the project operations team when additional works or out-of-scope warranty claims are identified.
Assist in preparing technical reports, quotations, variation proposals and supporting documentation for additional/rectification works.
Maintain proper records of warranty claims, leakage complaints, rectification status and pending DLP works.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support, material recommendations and troubleshooting, when required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned works and provide regular updates to the Project Manager/management.
Support the team in identifying recurring waterproofing issues and implementing effective long-term remedial solutions.

We are looking for a Waterproofing Engineer to manage and supervise DLP, warranty, leakage rectification and injection waterproofing works across assigned projects. The role involves site inspection, identifying the causes of water leakage, coordinating with clients/consultants/main contractors and ensuring timely and effective completion of remedial works with proper reports.
