Are you a strategic business leader with a passion for shaping the future of digital investing? Do you bring a proven track record of building and scaling online investing businesses while driving innovation, growth, and client engagement?We are seeking an accomplished leader to lead our US Online Investing business and help define the next generation of digital investing capabilities, client experiences, and market access opportunities. As the business lead for US Online Investing, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and evolution of our self-directed investing offering as a differentiated component of UBS’s broader US Wealth Management strategy. In this highly visible role, you will represent the US Online Investing business in shaping the ambition, priorities, and strategic roadmap in partnership with the Global Wealth Management Transformation Unit and key Product stakeholders. Acting as the US business and transformation spokesperson, you will ensure that client, commercial, regulatory, and operational requirements are fully reflected throughout the transformation journey.
You will:
•lead the US Online Investing business and define its long-term strategic direction, growth agenda, and value proposition
•represent US business priorities in key governance forums and partner closely with the GWM Transformation Unit and Product teams to shape and execute a shared vision and roadmap
•serve as the US transformation lead, ensuring local client, business, regulatory, and operational requirements are embedded within strategic initiatives
•mobilize and align stakeholders across the US organization, enabling timely decision-making and driving execution against key business priorities
•manage market-specific dependencies and risks while ensuring successful implementation of strategic change initiatives
•own business readiness, adoption, and realization of targeted business outcomes
•identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, digital adoption, trading activity, and overall business performance
•anticipate and respond to changing investor behaviors, emerging technologies, evolving market structures, and advancements in artificial intelligence that are transforming the self-directed investing landscape
•collaborate across Product, Investment Solutions, Wealth Management, Workplace Wealth Solutions, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Transformation functions to deliver an integrated and differentiated client experience
•champion a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
