Team Overview:This position is responsible for leading the strategic administration, governance, implementation, and ongoing operation of health benefit programs across the United States and Canada. The position provides senior benefits expertise across plan administration, benefits technology, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, financial processes, plan documentation, annual enrollment, and employee communications. It connects Benefits leadership with Technology, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, Privacy, HR Services, consultants, and external benefit providers to translate benefit plan requirements into reliable business processes, system configurations, data integrations, controls, and employee experiences.
