About the Role
Join a B2B marketing team as a working student, shaping its brand presence across social media, video, and sales materials. You will help turn ideas into consistent, engaging content that supports the company's growth.
What You'll Do
Write LinkedIn posts, hooks, and carousels for company leaders and the company account.
Plan, film, edit, and produce short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Maintain a consistent brand across the website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates.
Manage the content calendar and deliver a steady publishing cadence.
Review content performance metrics and use the results to improve formats and strategy.
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled as a student, with availability for 16 to 20 hours per week for at least 12 months.
Native or C2-level German proficiency.
Experience creating LinkedIn content and understanding what performs on the platform.
Experience writing B2B marketing or brand content, ideally for software or SaaS audiences.
Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent video editing tools, with experience taking video from filming through post-production.
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools for visual assets and sales materials.
Experience with content calendars, consistent publishing, performance analysis, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
A portfolio or examples of published content; photography and on-location production experience are beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation expectations are up to €20 per hour. Visa sponsorship is not available.
