Responsible for overseeing all guest amenity requests, ensuring accurate order processing, timely production, and exceptional presentation standards. This role supervises the preparation and delivery of amenities while maintaining the highest levels of service for both internal and external guests. The successful candidate will promptly address and resolve guest concerns related to amenity delivery, presentation, and charges. Additionally, they will support the overall concept vision by maintaining service excellence, ambiance, and quality standards, while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures in accordance with company and divisional requirements.
