PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide direction and leadership for the Housekeeping team, consistent with the company brand. Responsible for leading the Housekeeping team in achieving operational and financial goals.

Responsible for monitoring the performance, scheduling, and training of the staff; maintaining the departments’ guest service following company standards, ensuring high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.
