R&D Lab Engineer

Ambu is currently looking for a R&D Lab Engineer.
This position reports to the Section Manager for R&D Lab Engineering. If you are from medical device industry with experience in any R&D function, this position would be suitable for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory testing and validation activities to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant results supporting product safety and performance.
- Support Product Engineering projects through laboratory verification, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Manage calibration, preventive maintenance, and qualification of laboratory equipment, including Installation Qualification (IQ) activities.
- Develop and maintain validation protocols, reports, and technical documentation in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze test and validation data, perform root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment and process performance.
- Support R&D procurement, logistics, inventory management, and laboratory administrative activities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support test method validation and Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects.
- Mentor and guide R&D Laboratory interns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, verification, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Minimum Bachelor degree in any engineering discipline
- Some years of experience in lab or medical industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Shell Script
