Client Services Officer

Join our Business Advisory team in Brisbane as a Client Services Officer in a permanent, full-time role in our Brisbane office.
You will be the engine room of the team, keeping client work organised, accurate and moving so our accountants can focus on what matters most to clients. It's a great opportunity to build your career in professional services with the backing of a national firm and a team that backs you.
Your role, your contribution!
- Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
- Prepare and coordinate compliance documentation for clients
- Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
- Database entry and management, as directed.
- General ad-hoc administrative support as required such as printing, filing, scanning, incoming/outgoing mail, faxes and general correspondence
- Relief receptionist duties as required

What you will bring to the role:
- Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Suite
- Proven experience in a similar customer service and/or administration role
- Exceptional phone manner and admin/customer service expertise to deliver outstanding client service
- A genuine team player with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
