What you'll do

You'll help investors acquire new assets for their portfolios, which GetGround then structures, manages and runs. You'll work across private investors and enterprise partners.

Investor sales

• Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to completion, for UK and international buy-to-let investors

• Understand each investor's goals, budget and strategy, and match them with suitable stock from our developer network

• Present the full GetGround proposition: ownership structure, mortgage, lettings and ongoing management

• Manage a pipeline of inbound leads, database opportunities and partner referrals, and generate your own

• Guide investors through reservation, legal, finance and completion, working with developers, solicitors and our in-house mortgage team

• Build long-term relationships and grow investors from first purchase to multi-property portfolios

Enterprise and B2B sales

We are expanding into enterprise B2B partnerships. This opens up opportunities to sell to institutional clients, giving you exposure to B2B sales alongside our core B2C investor business.

Ways of working

• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Keep HubSpot up to date and use data to manage your pipeline and forecast

• Share market insight with the Head of Investment Sales to shape stock, pricing and proposition

• Stay current on the UK property market, developer launches and buy-to-let trends

What we're looking for

• A proven track record in property sales – ideally new-build, off-plan or investment property

• Experience closing high-value deals with investors, and comfort managing a full sales cycle

• The determination and appetite to sell to institutional and enterprise customers; B2B experience is a strong plus

• Strong knowledge of the UK buy-to-let market, including limited company ownership, finance and lettings

• A consultative, client-first approach that builds trust and long-term relationships

• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup

• Curiosity about technology and AI, and willingness to adopt new tools

• Confident with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and with data

Nice to have: experience with international investors (USA, Africa, India, Turkey, Hong Kong, Singapore, Middle East), an existing investor network, or a background in wealth management or financial services.
