The Senior Programmer Analyst is a key technical role within CX, sitting at the intersection of research consulting and technical operations. Working alongside a Technical Manager and Director, you'll help deliver end-to-end CX programs for some of our largest clients, building and maintaining the Qualtrics and Medallia platforms at the core of those programs. These are large-scale, high-impact engagements ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars, giving you meaningful exposure to major clients early in your career.
