We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering reliable IT solutions, cloud services, and technical support to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize SharePoint Online environments across multiple client organizations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online, managing Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, implementing security and access controls, and troubleshooting technical issues in a multi-client MSP environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments across multiple client tenants.
• Create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, pages, and site collections.
• Manage user permissions, security groups, external sharing, and access controls.
• Support Microsoft Teams and OneDrive integrations with SharePoint Online.
• Configure document management structures, metadata, content types, and version control.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint access issues, synchronization problems, performance concerns, and document collaboration errors.
• Implement governance policies, retention requirements, and security best practices.
• Assist with SharePoint migrations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and data restructuring projects.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administrative settings and collaborate with other IT teams on identity and access management.
• Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph where appropriate to automate administrative tasks and reporting.
• Monitor service health, investigate incidents, and resolve service requests within defined SLAs.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and client-specific configurations.
• Coordinate with clients, service desk teams, and senior engineers to deliver effective technical support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience working in an MSP or supporting multiple client environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint site architecture, permissions, document libraries, lists, and sharing settings.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, user access, and authentication concepts.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience troubleshooting document synchronization, access permissions, sharing, and collaboration issues.
• Understanding of SharePoint governance, data security, and compliance fundamentals.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple client requests and manage incidents according to SLA requirements.
