The role
We are seeking an initiative-taking, high-energy Channel/Field Marketing Manager to drive partner engagement, regional field execution, and pipeline creation across North America. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Field Marketing and Channel Operations - owning our partner co-marketing initiatives, and enablement programs that equip VARs, MSPs, and distributors to successfully sell Hexnode.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Channel Managers to plan, execute, and measure targeted regional campaigns that directly drive marketing-influenced pipeline (MQLs/SQOs).
- Own the strategy, execution, and ROI of regional trade shows, partner events, and customer roundtables.
- Develop and deliver partner enablement assets, sales toolkits, and training sessions for regional VARs, MSPs, and distributors.
- Align co-op marketing investments to run joint field campaigns.
- Represent Hexnode on-site at key industry events, engaging directly with CISOs, IT Directors, channel executives, and end-customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of B2B SaaS experience across Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Partner Enablement (Cybersecurity, Enterprise IT, UEM/MDM, or Infrastructure software strongly preferred).
- Proven record of managing multi-city events, trade shows, and partner co-marketing initiatives with measurable pipeline ROI.
- Strong familiarity with North American enterprise IT and channel partner ecosystems (MSPs, VARs, System Integrators).
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or other Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the confidence to host, present, and engage C-level executives and channel leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% across North America as required for event execution.
