Your opportunity:
As the Senior Product Manager - felix, you are the accountable lead for felix performance, product innovation and strategy. You define, refine and agree the commercial strategy, product vision and roadmap for felix mobile, and you are responsible for the felix P&L, growth strategy and overall product direction.
The role is responsible for customer base growth, revenue and margin performance with a focus on hitting or exceeding annual budget, and for the end-to-end customer experience across all digital touchpoints. You set and manage KPIs and performance targets across the funnel, the base and revenue, and act as the central point of contact for digital performance, CRO and experimentation.

Commercial Responsibilities
- Accountable for the felix P&L and for achieving weekly, monthly and annual population, revenue and margin targets.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise customer acquisition and base value, including pricing strategy, promotional constructs and partnership initiatives.
- Own the commercial case behind retention and upgrade activity, partnering with CLM and Marketing on base management and lifecycle value.
- Lead the felix annual and quarterly budget process, and partner with Finance and the Senior Commercial Manager on forecasting, LRP inputs and business case sign-off.
Product Strategy & Execution
- Define and drive the felix product strategy and roadmap aligned to company goals, market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Own the product portfolio and lifecycle as the range widens beyond core mobile capabilities
- Provide direction to the product development process, working closely with technology, third-party vendors and marketing to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
- Own end-to-end digital customer experience — onboarding, eSIM, SIM swap, self-serve and app — as a named accountability, not a bi-product of delivery.
- Engage with customers & internal insights teams to gather feedback, identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, and protect the felix challenger positioning.
- Partner with our legal & regulatory teams to stay informed about regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the telecommunications industry, ensuring products and commercial activity meet TCP Code, ACMA and internal obligations.
Growth, Insight & Experimentation
- Act as the central point of contact for felix digital performance, conversion rate optimisation, experimentation and testing.
- Set the growth agenda and hold the Digital Growth Lead to a governed test roadmap with clear commercial measures of success.
- Partner with the Commercial, Pricing & Insight pillar to turn base, funnel and journey data into prioritised product, pricing and CX decisions.
- Use insight and AI tooling to lift the speed and quality of decision making across the funnel and the base.
Leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of three across digital product, growth (inc. eCommerce) and product operations, fostering innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Enable (removing blockers), motivate, support, direct and continuously develop a committed, empowered and high-performing team.
- Lead the wider felix cross-team as business owner — supporting prioritisation, blockers and decisions across the roadmap.
- Key member of the felix and wider Digital Prepaid Product & Pricing team, fostering a culture of high performance and challenging the status quo.
- Own stakeholder alignment across Legal, Regulatory, Security, Finance, Care, Marketing and Technology.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of product management experience within a highly complex technology-based digital environment (with exposure to both Web & App).
- Demonstrated P&L ownership or full commercial accountability for a consumer product, brand or business line.
- Strong business, commercial and marketing acumen and the ability to see the “big picture” while driving towards digital-specific targets and objectives.
- Proven experience developing pricing and customer growth strategies, including owning pricing and promotions across digital and retail channels for acquisition.
- Experience leading and developing a small, multi-disciplinary team.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, trends and tools needed to drive product performance
- An understanding of UX principles and the importance of customer-centred design practices as they apply to digital product
- Solid understanding of data & behavioural analytics and how to use data to make informed decision
- Passionate about digital, eCommerce and self-service technologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills — the ability to influence, build credibility and gain commitment.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Telecommunications exposure (prepaid or MVNO experience highly favourable)
- Experience defining and launching new digital B2C products into market.
- Exposure to eCommerce, online customer self-service, payments and applications
- Familiarity with key digital product/performance tools
1. DXPs such as Optimizely
2. Product/Behavioural Analytics software (ie. Mixpanel),
3. Digital analytics tools (ie. GA4)
4. BI/Data visualization platforms like QuickSight/PowerBI
5. App Stores (iOS/PlayStore) - Experience scaling a challenger or purpose-led brand in a competitive environment/industry, challenging incumbents and driving market share growth
