The Relationship Manager – Retail Health will be the primary liaison between USGI Legal Entity and its network of retail health agents. You will lead agent recruitment, oversee their training and daily activities, monitor monthly performance metrics such as Gross Written Premium (GWP), and organize workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure consistent growth and superior client experiences across the retail health channel. Drive growth of USGI's Retail Health portfolio by recruiting, training, and supporting agents, achieving GWP targets, and delivering daily client visits and workshops.
