We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Supply Chain Manager to establish and lead the supply chain function at our Montreal facility while coordinating with the head office in California. As we spool up our R&D and subsystem component manufacturing facility in Montreal, we are looking for someone who will work with the supply chain team at our satellite building facility in California to create a seamless production flow between facilities. You will support the strategic sourcing of critical components within the company's larger manufacturing goals, supporting vertical integration.

As the first dedicated supply chain leader within the Montreal facility, you will own the full scope of supply chain activities, including procurement, supplier management, demand and materials planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. As the business grows, you will define the future organization, develop processes and systems, and recruit and lead a supply chain team.

The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on. You will work directly with suppliers, carriers, engineering, finance, production, and the supply chain team in California to ensure the reliable and cost-effective flow of materials and products.
