Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Media Manager to join our organization in Paris, France for a 8 months fixed contract. In this role, you will support the Director Full Funnel Marketing Campaign in overseeing all media operations for some of our key Brands across Europe, develop comprehensive media strategies and deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for planning media campaigns with our agency, optimizing campaign performance, and driving measurable business outcomes across multiple channels and platforms.
Media campaign management
- Develop, brief and execute integrated media strategies aligned with Brand objectives, target audiences and market opportunities in collaboration with the Full Funnel Marketing Campaign Manager
- Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to maximize ROI and performance according to agreed KPIs
- Analyze media performance data and effectiveness, providing actionable insights to stakeholders (relying on 3rd party agencies, Ekimetrics, Kantar..)
- Manage spend and invoicing processes, in collaboration with finance and agency
Insights&Innovation
- Lead audience strategy leveraging data-driven targeting and matched audiences
- Challenge and maintain relationships with media vendors, agencies, and platform partners
- Follow test&learn agenda with agencies and partners, coordinating with Accor internal stakeholders
- Identify and implement new media solutions and tools to improve performance and efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present findings to senior management
- Monitor industry trends and emerging media technologies ensuring compliance with evolving data and privacy regulations and to keep the organization competitive
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in media management, media planning, or related field
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful media campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and performance metrics
- Advanced knowledge of digital media platforms, programmatic advertising, and media buying tools
- Experience with media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
