Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You'll play a crucial part in driving our sales success through efficient organization, analytical insights, and a customer-focused approach. - Establish and maintain effective coordination and cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum productivity, client satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, serving as a reliable point of contact for all sales-related inquiries
- Respond promptly to client queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining transparency throughout the process
- Maintain comprehensive records of all clients and their profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
- Prepare and organize regular client visits according to predetermined schedules and sales strategies
- Compile monthly sales reports and activity summaries, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to support decision-making
- Conduct competitive analysis by monitoring competitor sites, pricing strategies, and service offerings on a regular basis
- Identify and recommend prospective customers by analyzing historical data and statistical information, preparing detailed customer call analysis reports
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all personnel are informed of department objectives, policies, and performance metrics
- Manage sales documentation, proposals, and contracts with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Handle additional responsibilities as delegated by management, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales coordination or similar sales support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis capabilities
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful reports
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments
- Preferred: Experience in the hospitality, events, or tourism industry
