Due to a parental leave cover- an exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Brand Manager with drive and initiative to join our Marketing Team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This unique role offers plenty exposure to end to end brand management in a unique category within a leading, global FMCG. Not to mention a passionate, collaborative team and a pet-friendly office!
A Day in the Life...
As Senior Brand Manager, you will operate as a strategic and commercial leader for your portfolio, with accountability spanning brand building, innovation and business performance.
You will:
- • Set the strategic direction for your portfolio, developing the long-term brand vision and translating it into clear, commercially focused annual plans.
- • Drive sustainable brand growth, identifying opportunities through consumer, category, customer and competitive insights.
- • Lead brand performance, using commercial and financial insights to make informed decisions on investment, portfolio priorities and growth opportunities.
- • Shape powerful brand communications, leading integrated campaigns that strengthen brand equity and deliver measurable impact.
- • Build the innovation pipeline, identifying emerging consumer needs and translating them into differentiated propositions with strong commercial potential.
- • Collaborate with the Regional Teams in Singapore to develop strong local plans for the AU market
- • Influence across the business, partnering closely with Sales, Category, Finance, Insights, Supply Chain,and agency partners to turn strategy into execution.
- • Champion the consumer, ensuring deep consumer understanding sits at the heart of strategic and commercial decision-making.
- • Raise the bar, bringing fresh thinking, constructive challenge and marketing leadership to the broader team.
What Will Make You Successful
You are an experienced FMCG marketer who combines strategic thinking with commercial instinct and outstanding execution.
You will ideally bring:
- • Strong brand management experience within FMCG, consumer goods or a similarly sophisticated brand-led organisation
- • Demonstrated experience owning brand strategy, portfolio performance and annual planning
- • A track record of translating consumer and category insights into tangible commercial growth
- • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to assess investment, profitability and performance
- • Experience leading integrated communications and innovation from strategy through to market execution
- • The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex cross-functional environments
- • Strong agency leadership and stakeholder management capability
- • A leadership mindset with the ability to challenge constructively, make clear decisions and bring others on the journey
