- ■ What You Will Do｜職務概要
- Energy Markets（EM）チームは、エネルエックス・ジャパンのアグリゲーションビジネスを支えるミドルオフィス機能を担っています。市場制度、収益性・リスク、業務プロセス、システムを横断して捉え、事業を安定的かつスケーラブルに運営するための仕組みづくりを担っています。
- Energy Markets Program Managerは、EMチームの主要メンバーとして、日本のビジネス・オペレーションとグローバルチーム（Product、Global Operations等）をつなぎ、業務課題の整理から要件定義、改善プロジェクトの推進、導入・定着までをリードするポジションです。
- グローバルチームがプロダクトロードマップや技術設計を担う一方、本ポジションは日本側のビジネス課題・業務要件を整理し、関係者をつなぎながら実装・導入までのProgram推進を担います。
- 具体的には、以下の業務を担当します。
- • 日本の電力市場制度、事業運用、KPI、収益性等を理解・分析し、事業上の課題、リスク、改善機会を整理する
- • 制度変更や事業ニーズを、業務要件、システム要件、ユースケース、業務フロー、Acceptance Criteria等に構造化する
- • 日本固有の制度・業務背景、要件、優先順位をGlobal Product／Engineering／Operationsへ分かりやすく伝え、実現方法や導入計画について合意形成を進める
- • 担当する業務・システム改善ワークストリームについて、スコープ、優先順位、スケジュール、依存関係、リスク、主要論点を管理し、プロジェクトを推進する
- • グローバルチーム等と連携し、仕様確認、UAT／E2Eテスト、リリース準備、業務導入および定着化をBusiness側から支援する
- • 営業、DR Operations、Finance、Corporate等の関係部門と連携し、部門横断で発生する業務課題の整理・解決を推進する
- • 担当する複数のワークストリームについて進捗、リスク、優先順位、意思決定事項を可視化し、日本およびグローバルチームの意思決定を支援する
- 電力業界での経験は必須ではありません。複雑なビジネスや業務プロセスを構造化し、BusinessとTechnologyをつなぎながら業務改善やプロジェクトを推進してきた経験を重視します。

- • 日本固有の複雑な制度や業務背景を、グローバルチームに対してシンプルかつ論理的に説明できる方
- • 答えが明確でない状況でも、自ら必要な情報を集め、優先順位を判断し、チームと協働しながら物事を前に進められる方
- ■ Requirements (MUST)｜必須要件
- • 学士号、または同等の実務経験
- • コンサルティング、Business Analysis、業務改善・業務改革、Project／Program Management、システム導入、Business Operations、事業企画等における、4年以上を目安とする実務経験
- • 複雑な業務課題やビジネス要件を整理・文書化し、業務改善またはシステム導入につなげた経験
- • 複数部門・複数ステークホルダーが関与するプロジェクトにおいて、論点整理、調整、合意形成を行った経験
- • スコープ、スケジュール、リスク、依存関係等を管理し、担当するプロジェクトまたはワークストリームを自律的に推進した経験
- • 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力。英語での会議、要件説明、文書作成およびグローバルチームとの議論に対応できること
- ■ Preferred Qualifications (WANT)｜歓迎要件
- • 電力小売、需給運用、卸電力市場、需給調整市場、容量市場、電力取引等に関する知識または実務経験
- • デマンドレスポンス、アグリゲーション、VPP、蓄電池等のエネルギーリソース事業に関する知識または実務経験
- • Middle Office、Commercial Operations、Business Operations、Risk Management等、複数部門を横断して事業を支える機能での経験
- • Revenue／COGS、採算性、KPI、事業リスク等の分析または管理経験
- • コンサルティングファーム、グローバル企業、またはクロスファンクショナルな環境での業務経験
- • 業務改革、DX、Change Management、UAT／E2Eテスト、システム導入・定着化、またはProductチームとの協働経験
- • Excelを用いた分析経験。SQL、Power BI、Tableau、Python等を活用したデータ分析経験があれば尚可
