Your role 

We are looking for WHS Trade Marketing Strategic Planning Assistant who will support multiples activities focused on in-store visibility for all the product categories in the Company portfolio (frames, lenses) cross Region. The job includes also market analysis to support strategic decisions and report creations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams like Local Trade Marketing Team, POP Supply Chain, Brand Management Team and with external partners (suppliers) for daily activities.

Main responsibilities: 

• REPORTING: Global Trade Marketing monitoring system development and updating, aiming to track the main KPIs and evidence of key projects (Budget & Planning Accuracy) and POP materials flow to support the decision-making process.
• MANAGING THE COMMUNICATION FLOW WITH CORPORATE TEAMS AND MARKETS: supporting trade marketing managers in collecting and sending constant updates to the markets, including the weekly newsletter preparation, contact list management, activity calendars and project deadlines.
• GLOBAL TOUCHBASES MANAGEMENT: support the Regional manager in the development of quarter / semester activities such as trade marketing presentations, trainings, communication to markets and meeting agenda. Moreover he/she will be responsible for markets report submission and coordination
• ANALYSIS: ad-hoc analyses (primarily in Excel) using internal systems, sales and brand data
• HIGH VISIBILITY PROJECT: support the Project leader in the management of the different daily tasks and in the coordination with different stakeholders (markets, Visual Merchandising team, agencies).

Main requirements:

• University degree in Management Engineering /Marketing /Economics
• One previous experience is preferred or recently graduated in a Master’s level degree study.
• Fluency in english
• You have analytical skills and master xls and PPT.
• Did you work or study abroad? This is great!
• You are at ease in remote working
• You have sensibility towards luxury/fashion brands and curiosity on product features & fashion trends.
• You are passionate about Marketing and Trade Marketing.
• You are methodic, precise and organized and able to meet deadlines
• You are a team player and get the most out of others and make them support your job & tasks

Salary Package

• 900 Eur Gross per month
• Meal Vouchers as per company guidelines
