ASP Pump Manufacturing Warehouse Supervisor

Major Duties:
- Supervise data processing, goods receipt/issue and loading groups
- Effectively implement ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S and safety mgmt. in the organization
- Set up team target, monitor and continuously improve team performance
- Positively communicate between management, related departments and own team. Develop solid work force which enjoys high degree of job satisfaction while maintaining a high performance level
- Plan for best storage space utilization
- Continuously optimize workflow, digitalization and automation of storage and material flow，increase data and material handling productivity
- Organize company annual inventory counting and regular ASP warehouse inventory counting
- Feedback division about slow moving items monthly
- Weekly/monthly/annual report to Mfg. Mgr.
- Provide support regarding warehouse/inventory management to Mfg. Mgr.
- Book-keeping finished product package, packing material purchasing request
- Other job the superior assigned
Competences:
• Mechanical engineering or mechatronics or warehousing logistics
• 5 years of similar position or function in mechanical industry
- Basic mechanical engineering knowledge
- Knowledge of warehouse automation
- Familiar with ERP WMS and SAP WM
- Familiar with warehouse management
• English reading
• Microsoft office, SAP, WMS
- Good at data analysis
- Teamwork and leadership skill
- Communication skill
