Security Requirements

Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, the successful candidate must be eligible to meet UK Government and customer security requirements, including applicable residency requirements, and have the right to work in the UK. We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager to lead testing across a complex Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP experience who can take ownership of test preparation and execution across multiple workstreams. You’ll work closely with technical and functional teams, Oracle specialists and delivery partners to ensure solutions and integrations are fully tested and ready for deployment.

About you

You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of testing rather than simply executing test scripts. You’ll be able to bring structure to complex test activity, work effectively across technical and business teams, challenge where appropriate and maintain a clear view of risks, defects and overall readiness.

You’ll combine strong Oracle Fusion knowledge with hands-on test leadership, and be confident communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
