As a Systems Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
- Technical User Support and User Management; • Problem and Incident handling: diagnose and troubleshoot application problems, compose clear, concise, descriptive bug reports;
- Service requests handling: database exports/imports, data quality management.
- Dispatching of tickets;
- Analyze, identify, and capture optimization possibilities in applications and support processes;
- Contribution to data quality and usability of applications;
- Communication of user feedback to Product Management;
- Participation in building up the support knowledge base and compilation of user documentation;
- Collaboration with Product Management, Developers, Quality Assurance Team, and Business Partners.
We expect you to have the following academic background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration (with IT focus), Data Analytics, or Information Technology.
We are looking for candidates with the following technical skills:
- Oracle database and SQL knowledge, PL/SQL basics; • Strong MS Excel skills;
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM support;
- Mandatory Advanced/Fluent English.
