·       Apply AI and other appropriate tools to strengthen intelligence development, synthesis and product enhancement.

3. Stakeholder Needs & Use-Case Development

·       Engage enterprises, training providers, policymakers, intermediaries and ecosystem partners to understand workforce and skills challenges and intelligence needs.

·       Gather and synthesise stakeholder requirements, user feedback and other signals to inform product development and prioritisation.

·       Develop and codify new JSI use cases by translating stakeholder challenges into actionable intelligence products and measurable outcomes.

·       Validate products and use cases with stakeholders to strengthen their relevance, usability and applicability.

4. Product Adoption, Performance & Continuous Improvement

·       Track product adoption, utilisation, stakeholder feedback, performance and outcome indicators to assess effectiveness.
