We are seeking an Applications Administration Associate with 1-2 years of experience in application support, service desk, IT operations, or administration to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business applications. You will manage user access requests, coordinate with system providers, track application-related tickets, and ensure changes are implemented in line with our company processes and security standards.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and process application access requests, modifications, and removals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Track and resolve application-related tickets, liaising with external providers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate application changes, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to security standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation, generate insightful reports, and support audit and compliance requirements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience in application support, service desk, IT administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice.
• A basic understanding of user access management and application administration.
• Knowledge of incident, request, and change management processes.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
