Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts. This is a part-time, 24-hour night position working 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Our ICU team provides specialized nursing care for critically ill patients who require close monitoring, advanced interventions, and complex clinical care.

Nurses have the opportunity to work with patients experiencing a variety of acute and life-threatening conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive community hospital environment.

As an ICU RN, You Will:

• Provide specialized critical care nursing for patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient conditions, including hemodynamic and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer medications, manage intravenous therapies, and support advanced treatment interventions.
• Utilize critical care technology and monitoring equipment to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
