About the role:
The General Medicine Sales, Analyst II is responsible for driving sales activities directly to customers, including face-to-face and remote interactions. This role aims to assess customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and develop sales strategies to meet defined targets, contributing to Takeda's mission of improving healthcare.
How you will contribute:
- Conduct face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions
- Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Create medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers
- Work independently on projects and processes with limited supervision
- Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals
