As an Assistant Manager in Data Mining, you will lead small-scale data mining projects, ensuring that the data models developed align with business objectives. You will mentor junior data analysts and associates, providing guidance on best practices in data mining and analysis. You will also work on improving the efficiency of data processing and model implementation, and ensure that all data analysis tasks adhere to organizational standards. This role involves a higher level of responsibility, including direct interaction with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into actionable data insights. Candidates should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience and must have in-depth knowledge of claims adjudication process and its processing methods. Data mining experience will be an added advantage.
