- Providing service in accordance with hotel standards in restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
- Delivering a professional and attentive guest experience
- Informing guests about menu items and assisting with their requests
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards within service areas
- Supporting daily operational flow through effective teamwork
- Ensuring guest satisfaction with a positive and solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restorant operations is preferred
- Strong communicaiton and guest relations skills
- Able to work in shifts
- Well-groomed and attentive to personal hygiene standards
- Team-oriented, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Good English communication skills are preferred
- Able to follow operational and service standards professionally
