O365 Exchange & Teams L3 Engineer: Looking for a strong Microsoft 365 L3 Engineer with hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Hybrid, mail flow/connectors, mailbox administration, message tracing, Teams administration, service health and PowerShell. Candidate should independently handle complex P1/P2 incidents, migrations, advanced troubleshooting, RCA and configuration changes, while providing technical guidance to L1/L2 teams.
