We are currently seeking a Reinsurance Broker Associate / Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team in Beijing, China. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or professionals looking to build a career in the reinsurance and risk management industry.

• Support the development and maintenance of strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Engage regularly with clients to gather feedback, identify needs, and collect market intelligence.
• Conduct market research and prepare relevant reports and insights.
• Assist senior brokers with reinsurance placements, including data verification, drafting, submission, negotiation, and monitoring the placement process.
• Perform other related ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Master’s degree or above; all majors are welcome.
• Open to recent graduates.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential. Additional languages such as French, German, or Cantonese are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A strong work ethic and a responsible attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
