As a Producer with Risk Placement Services (RPS), you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and managing a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions that align with client needs and objectives. 
 

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industry segments. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. 

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs. 

• Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and services. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. 

• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information. 

• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote RPS services. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the wholesale space 

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk management, and industry regulations. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 

• Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
