This position has the responsibility and commitment to maintain lean manufacturing standards as applied to manufacturing processes and service departments. Be a driver of continuous change through the continual updating of the Value Chain Maps of all business units. Ensures support to the different KAIZEN or improvement projects that are identified in the annual strategic plan. Implements lean manufacturing knowledge and tools in the manufacturing or business processes.Participates in the training of personnel at all levels, deploying the basic principles of lean manufacturing.
