Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support our Service and Projects teams, ensuring the smooth coordination of engineers, customer requests, planned maintenance, purchasing, invoicing, and project activities.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, staying organised, and delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate service calls, engineer schedules, and customer appointments
- Support project administration and maintain project documentation
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate materials and deliveries
- Assist with customer invoicing and contract administration
- Schedule planned preventative maintenance visits (PPMs)
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support across the business
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams
What we're looking for:
Must-Have:
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in a service, engineering, facilities management, fire, security, or construction environment
- Experience with CRM or service management systems
- Knowledge of service contracts or preventative maintenance scheduling
