Employer Brand & Program Activation Manager 
Location: 8 Rockwell, Makati City
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week

The Employer Brand & Program Activation Manager connects global employer brand and early careers platforms with regional hiring priorities. The role builds the market or cluster activation roadmap, recommends the right campaigns, content and program support, and coordinates the assets, guidance and stakeholders needed for effective activation.

Impact You’ll Own

• Acting as the main point of contact for Japan, Indonesia and Philippines, providing guidance and governance for all candidate-facing materials
• Owning the regional activation roadmap and coordinating campaigns, content, assets and programme support needed against agreed priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Translate hiring priorities, volumes and timelines across professional and early careers segments into a workable annual roadmap of activity
• Coordinate the use and local adaptation of approved campaign toolkits and assets from our existing library, whilst proactively identifying gaps to refine or improve to keep content fresh and relevant
• Build a pipeline of locally credible employee stories, testimonials, photography, video and market proof points for each market/cluster
• Deploy approved employer brand, recruitment marketing and early careers activity against the roadmap, coordinating campaigns, content, events, stakeholders, inputs and approvals from local communications and legal teams.
