Job Summary:**
AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage all on-site activities for various infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise all day-to-day on-site operations, including personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, and report on any deviations.
- Control project costs, manage budgets, and approve expenditures within authorized limits.
- Oversee the quality of work, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve any on-site issues, conflicts, or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, daily logs, and other required documentation.
- Procure materials, plant, and equipment as necessary, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Train, mentor, and motivate site personnel to achieve project objectives.
- Implement and maintain site security measures.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in site management for infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
