If you bring at least two years of home care experience and fluency in both English and Mandarin, FlexStaff wants you on our client’s team to help shape the future of home care!
Responsibilities:
- • Conduct HHA/PCA training and orientation programs in compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations
- • Teach and evaluate trainees in both classroom and skills training settings
- • Maintain accurate training records and competency evaluations
- • Participate in annual aide competency assessments and in-service education
- • Collaborate with clinical leadership and training staff
- • Support the growth of the Chinese-speaking caregiver workforce
Qualifications:
- • Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- • Minimum 2 years nursing experience
- • Minimum 1 year home care experience required
- • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred; Cantonese/Fuzhou dialects are a plus)
- • Strong communication and teaching skills
- • Passion for serving the Chinese-speaking community
- • Experience in caregiver training, orientation, or staff education
- • Experience with HHA/PCA supervision
- • Familiarity with NYS DOH home care regulations
