Job Overview:

The Senior Manager Project Engineering is tasked with the development of departmental plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities. The role requires multi-disciplinary expertise and the ability to understand the industry to achieve financial and operational objectives. The Senior Manager Project Engineering manages multiple related teams, sets their organizational priorities, and allocates the appropriate resources. They must be able to identify and resolve a range of complex technical, operational, and organizational problems. The role directly impacts business results by supporting and function-specific projects, products, services, and/or technologies, and developing policies and plans.

The Senior Manager Project Engineering provides leadership to managers and professional staff within the Project Engineering (Eng) discipline. They are accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams; their decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives of the Project Engineering (Eng) discipline.
