The Senior Solutions Architect owns the end-to-end architecture for complex, multi-domain, and higher-risk healthcare payer engagements, with a focus on core administration systems (Claims Processing, Billing, Enrollment, Provider Management) and modern platform enablement. This individual serves as the primary escalation point for design decisions during delivery and drives the creation of reusable enterprise solution patterns across cloud platforms, core systems (e.g., MetaVance), and AI-enabled solutions.

This role bridges traditional core health plan processing with modern paradigms—leveraging AI, intelligent automation, microservices, and cloud-native architectures to drive scalable digital transformation.
