Meet the production standards meeting the safety, quality and time requirements in adherence to the manufacturing procedures in the different manufacturing workstations, rework, warehouse, shipping and product and material sorting if required.

Perform the autonomous preventive maintenance of the machinery such as lubrication, cleaning, minor adjustments etc. according to the program established by the maintenance department as well as detecting and correcting simple problems.

Make quality verifications/inspections of the product characteristics according to the work instructions/PMAPs

Perform set ups of equipment in case of a model change or to start any process as required

Under direct supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor, he/she performs operations related with the product in his/her workstation, as well as performing basic preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment, preserving its area clean, tidy and safe. The manufacturing specialist has knowledge and makes use of the basic tools of Continuous Improvement Process
