As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts.
About the role:
Our Partner Managers grow payabl. by bringing in new partners and, through them, new merchant applications. As our Partnership Support Officer, you will take care of the administrative and operational side of the Partnerships team, so the Partner Managers can spend their time building relationships and generating revenue.
You will keep our partner pipeline organised and accurate: entering and qualifying leads in HubSpot, making sure pre-approval forms are complete before they reach a Partner Manager, tracking cases in Jira and keeping our pipeline and partner records up to date. You will also handle onboarding documentation, scheduling, reporting and coordination with other teams.
It is a role for someone organised and detail-oriented who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, with plenty of room to learn the payments industry along the way.

What you will do:
- Input and manage partner leads in the CRM system
- Maintain accurate partner and lead databases
- Schedule meetings and manage Partner Manager calendars
- Process partner onboarding documentation
- Prepare reports and track partner performance metrics
- Coordinate partner communications and events
- Support cross-team coordination on partnership initiatives
What we need:
Hard skills
- 1+ years in customer service, client support or an administrative/operations role.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/spreadsheets and Word.
- Experience with a CRM, ideally HubSpot; familiarity with Jira or Confluence is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in payments, fintech or financial services is a plus, but not required: we will teach you the basics.
Soft skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to keeping data accurate and complete.
- Highly organised, able to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
- Proactive: you spot what is missing or out of date and fix it without being asked.
