We are seeking a highly capable Technical Product & Solutions Lead to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
The successful candidate will lead technology assessments, solution design, product delivery planning, and cross-functional team coordination while helping clients scale complex enterprise applications.
This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical leadership, product thinking, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between boardroom discussions and technical conversations with developers, architects, and engineering teams.
Job Description
Technology Assessment & Strategy
- Assess existing enterprise applications and product ecosystems.
- Evaluate platform architecture, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for modernization.
- Develop practical roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Product & Delivery Leadership
- Lead large-scale software enhancement and expansion initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical workstreams.
- Define delivery priorities, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with client expectations and business goals.
Technical Leadership
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business analysts.
- Review solution designs and provide technical guidance.
- Support architectural decision-making and governance.
- Promote engineering best practices and scalable design principles.
Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and solution planning sessions.
- Present recommendations and progress updates to business leaders.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Innovation & Emerging Technology
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, intelligent automation, analytics, and process optimization.
- Evaluate technologies that can improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Support long-term digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in software delivery, solution architecture, product management, or technology consulting.
- Experience leading enterprise software implementations or modernization initiatives.
- Proven experience working directly with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional technical teams.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
- React.js
- Node.js
- REST APIs
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- Redis
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Modern application architecture
Leadership Competencies
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, FinTech, or InsurTech environments.
- Experience serving as a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, Head of Technology, Technical Product Manager, or CTO-level advisor.
- Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions.
- Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
