You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $19.44 / Hour

Job Schedule:

1. Age Requirement:

   • All candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for employment. This requirement is in accordance with our company policy (C101).

2. Security Experience:

   • Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant security experience. This experience is crucial for ensuring that the candidate is adequately prepared for the responsibilities of the position (C115).

3. Driver's License:

   • A valid Australian driver’s license is required for all candidates. This is in compliance with our AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). Candidates must provide a copy of their driver’s license during the application process.

4. Educational Verification:

   • Candidates must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. This documentation is required to verify educational qualifications as mandated by our client (C137).

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, property concerns, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and activity logs, documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken during assigned shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
