The role:
As the Head of Product, you will be Truecaller's most senior Product leader, reporting directly to the CEO and owning the global product vision, strategy, innovation and performance across our core consumer products and emerging product bets.
You will lead a 40-member Product organization through 5 senior leaders, setting the strategic direction, driving product excellence and ensuring that product investments translate into sustainable user growth, engagement, monetization and long-term business value.
Operating as a key member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with the CEO and leaders across Engineering, Growth, Design, Data and Business to shape Truecaller's future product portfolio.
This role is transferable to our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, after 6 months of strong performance.

What you’ll do:
Executive Ownership
- Product Vision & Portfolio Strategy: Set a compelling multi-year vision and clear priorities across Truecaller’s core consumer products and new product bets; align stakeholders around the roadmap.
- Entrepreneurial Innovation: Think beyond existing models, identify unmet user needs, validate new product concepts and scale ideas with strong product-market fit.
- Product Development & Execution: Guide products from discovery and concept through launch, iteration and global scale; balance product, engineering, design and business priorities.
- User Value & Monetisation: Strengthen trust, safety, usability, engagement and retention while developing responsible monetisation opportunities and sustainable business models.
- Global Product Leadership: Adapt product experiences and expansion priorities to different markets, drawing on Truecaller’s strengths and local user insights.
- Commercial & Financial Judgement: Own product planning inputs, investment trade-offs, budgeting and forecasting under uncertainty; balance long-term bets with near-term results.
- Operating Rhythm & Measurement: Set meaningful product and team KPIs, establish effective processes and use evidence and experimentation to improve outcomes.
- Executive Partnership: Collaborate with the CEO, senior leadership and, when required, the board/investors; work closely with central functions and business units.
What you bring in:
- 16 - 20+ years of professional experience, with 10+ years as senior leadership experience building and scaling consumer app facing products and product organizations.
- Proven ownership of consumer-facing mobile products at meaningful scale, including product strategy, discovery, launch, growth and ongoing optimization.
- Experience leading large, diverse teams and managing senior product leaders; ability to coach and develop a strong second line of leadership.
- Track record of taking products from concept to market and scaling offerings that have achieved product-market fit.
- Strong commercial acumen in monetization, product investment, budgeting, forecasting and portfolio prioritization.
- Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Marketing and business teams in international markets.
- Ability to set direction amid ambiguity, align executive stakeholders and communicate effectively with the CXO level audiences.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, CPaaS or advertising products is an advantage.
- Visionary and entrepreneurial leader who can turn ambitious ideas into disciplined execution.
- Strong judgment in balancing long-term product strategy, user value and near-term business outcomes.
- Be a coach to the next generation of leaders and build a high-performing culture.
- Ability to build consensus across functions and influence executive stakeholders.
