Manager Conversational AI Design

We’re looking for a Manager, Conversational AI Design to help our systems interpret member questions and deliver accurate, relevant, user-friendly responses. You’ll develop, test, and refine prompts that improve how the system responds. Working with product, design, and technology teams, you’ll ensure answers are clear, natural, and aligned with the question being asked.
