What You'll Do:

- Promote infection prevention, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Provide guidance and support to Behavioral Health Technicians while fostering teamwork and accountability.
Most importantly, you'll help create an environment where patients feel safe, respected, supported, and empowered to take the next step toward recovery.
