Senior Masseuse (Front Desk)

Position Summary

Primary Responsibility

• Provide the excellent and professional massage treatments in 5-star hotel standard
• Build up and maintain the good relationships with customers
• Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the foot hub/ hotel policies and procedures
• Assist Managers on the foot hub daily operations as and when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in a hotel massage center
• Certified in massage therapist
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Positive services attitude, motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
• Aspires to the 5-star hotel standard of service and care for customers
