Associate - Customer Development

Position Summary

Enforce, maintain and expand the market  for better relationships with target players;

Develop and maintain customer base in order to drive performance to reach Sales KPI.

Primary Responsibility

• Attract and identify new customers through casino marketing campaigns and external resources
• Provide quality service to customers and respond to customer requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Coordinate clients' itineraries and arrange pick-up and drop-off services
• Learn your customers’ preferences and personalize them on every visit to increase loyalty

Requirements

• • Have relevant work experience
• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and good English communication skills
• Willing to work shifts
• 21 years or older
