Manager - F&B Training

Position Summary

• Lead the overall F&B training and development strategy
• Organize and/or develop program to best meet the F&B operation for continuous improvement
• Responsible to guide the F&B operation teams to meet and exceed the established standards

Primary Responsibility

• Lead the overall F&B training and development strategy
• Organize, develop and/or execute comprehensive program through training needs analysis as well as with reference to concept statement
• Responsible to guide the F&B operation teams to meet and exceed the established standards
• Audit and rectify all aspects of operations (food quality, service consistency, hygiene and work place safety)
• Supervise all F&B related training and development records
• Participate in research and development of operations processes
• Representing F&B and liaise with Organization Development & Training Department

Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management
Experience:

• 5 years professional training for adult learners
• Hospitality F&B experience is an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills:

• Project management, adult educational theories and course design
• F&B product knowledge and service skills
• Alert with F&B related trends
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Computer literate

Others:
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
